The following document was sent to Fine Art Registry recently.

It is a legally notarized and witnessed statement by Dali dated 25 April 1987 regarding the Albaretto family and their standing in his eyes with regard to his artistic creations.

Translation of Dalí notarized document of 25 April 1987

I, Mr. SALVADOR DALI DOMENECH, Marquis of Dalí of Pubol, Spanish, painter, with state ID number 40.437.185, living in "Galatea Castle", Figueres, Gerona, Spain, before witnesses who also endorse this document,

FORMALLY DECLARE that:

I.- I have never bestowed authority or mandate of any kind to give opinions about, qualify, officially recognize or authenticate in any way, my works and artistic creations of any type to Mr. GIUSEPPE BARTALOMEO ALBARETTO, and/or his wife Mrs. MARA BERIO ALBARETTO, of 13 via Michelle Lessona, TORINO 10143, ITALY.

II.- I do not consider of any value the opinions, qualifications, official recognition or authentication which, in any form, Mr. or Mrs. Albaretto of Torino publish about my works and artistic creations of any kind.

III.- I publicly refuse to accept any responsibility for any of the actions, opinions, ratifications, official recognition or authentications of the aforementioned Mr. Giuseppe Bartolomeo Albaretto and Mrs. Mara Berio Albaretto of Torino with regard to my works and artistic creations of any type.

IV.- I fully authorize any of the witnesses who endorse this document to place it in public hands and assure its validity to anyone concerned, without any limitation.
